This is a Manifold and Downpipe ONLY
Manifold - 2" Schedule 10 304 stainless steel construction. Tig welded. T4 Billet turbo flange. TurboSmart 50mm wastegate flange. Manifold Clears the REW OMP, and will REQUIRE the Relocation of your ECU (see my own REW Swap Build, and the beauty panels)
Downpipe - 3" 16 GA 304 Stainless steel construction. Tig welded. 3" V-band turbo outlet with 02 sensor bung. 3'' V-Band DownPipe outlet (midpipe side V-band and clamp included) This DOES not connect to any of the OEM RX8 Exhaust. You will need to fabricate a midpipe to connect to your existing exhaust.
WasteGate External Dump Tube - 16GA 304 Stainless Construction. Tig Welded
This Turbo Setup WILL NOT work with a Right Hand Drive RX8. I do not have access to a RHD car to test fit.
You Will need to Relocate your battery, coolant expansion tank, and ECU box.
I Plan to offer the Beauty panels in the future. Power Steering controller/ecu relocation cover, fan cover, fuse box cover.
This is a Made to Order part. Expect 8-10 weeks before arrival to your door. This kit is designed for off-road/racing use only. Study your local vehicular restrictions before use on the street.
My Personal REW Swapped RX8 Made 548WHP and 418Ft/lbs of torque at 25PSI of boost on E85 with this manifold and a BorgWarner S369SXE.
