RX8 Renesis Turbo Manifold and Downpipe

This kit is a Manifold and Downpipe ONLY

This Batch will be Available for Order from April 10th to April 20th 2026

Manifold - 2" Schedule 10 304 stainless steel construction.  Tig welded.   T3 turbo flange.  Tial 44mm wastegate flange.  Manifold clears all OEM engine parts, OMP and OEM engine mount will work.  No modification to any coolant outlets or oil cooler lines required.

Downpipe - 2.5" 16 GA 304 Stainless steel construction. Tig welded.  3" V-band turbo outlet with 02 sensor bung.  This connects to the OEM Header location.  To be used with an OEM style mid pipe.   It is 2 pieces, with a 2.5" V-Band near the engine mount.    

This Turbo Setup WILL NOT work with a Right Hand Drive RX8.   I do not have access to a RHD car to test fit.  

You Will need to Relocate your battery, and re locate the coolant expansion tank (coolant tank bracket included).

Being a Top mount turbo setup, heat management is critical.  Take care to route the ECU wiring harness under the Downpipe, and apply thermal protection to all coolant lines/wiring in and around the manifold/Downpipe.  

More products supporting the kit are on the way.  Inlet pipe, intercooler piping, intercooler, turbo cooling, turbo oiling, are in development. 

This is a Made to Order part.   Expect 8-10 weeks before arrival to your door.   This kit is designed for off-road/racing use only.  Study your local vehicular restrictions before use on the street.  

Buzz is Setup with a Garrett GT3582r turbo.
